will it go out?
Okay my 89 f250 with a c6 tranny has been acting wierd
lately, here's what its doing.
First off before under normal acceleration it would shift
nicely from 1st to second around 5 to 10 mph and 2nd
to 3rd around 20 to 30 mph and the passing linkage wouldnt
work very well even mashing throttle.
NOW, from 1st to 2nd it shifts at 15 to 20 mph and 2nd to
3rd 35 to 40 mph and the passing linkage does really well
now it down shifts when i want it to effortlessly. And thought
it might help to replace the vacume modulater nope didnt.
The trans oil doesnt looked burnt or smell really bad, I also
dont know the last time it was serviced. and no codes to go by, yet.
