Engine Surge In 93 Ford Explorer

Engine Surge In 93 Ford Explorer
While my 1993 Ford truck is in drive say at a stoplight and the heater blower motor is running the engine surges and the truck tries to move forward, I have had the alternator checked at Autozone and the voltage is 13 V to the Battery.
Any ideas?

Check the voltage yourself. With engine off check voltage, then start it & check again. should be around 14 volts.
If it doesnt change the alternator isnt charging.
Edit
Take a look at a wiring diagram, there might be a fuse for the alternator.
If there is check to see if it's good.
