idle surgin?
So... My idle surges on occasion. it wont happen right away.. only if I let it sit there. pulling up to a stop light or driving around it never happends but if I let it sit for a minute or 3 the idle goes from around 500rpm to 1300 and it seems to get more and more crazy the longer it sits... Like at first it will go from 500 to 1000 and so on. I checked for codes this morning and I got the all clear.

after the computer loses power for awile,it needs two minutes to learn how to idle. If your computer has lost power and not given enough time to learn, it will learn, but could take a long time. disconect the battery for at least 15 minutes , then reconect,start and let it idle for at least two minutes. If this dont help then move on.
