What is it?

My brother picked me up a truck a couple days ago and all he told me was that it was a ford, like 1976-1978, extended cab and 4 door...can anybody tell me what its called?

It's either a supercab (extended cab with 2 doors) or a crew cab (4 doors). Some custom shops have taken the back section of a super cab and grafted it onto a crew cab, effectively making a super-crew. But that is not something that was available factory.
