305 engine question
I recently bought a 1977 F-150. A previous owner told me the 302 engine in it was taken from a 1973 or '74 Maverick.
When I ask for engine parts should I say its a 1974 Mav. or can I say its a 1977 F-150?
Are they the same engine?

Maverick parts.
I suspect you have some truck bracketry on that engine though.
Although there are different 302 upgrades available.
