Oil residue on rubber tube

Anyone noticing oil residue on the rubber tube that clamps to the air charge tube, which was installed on the 2004's for the last recall?
I am noticing a light oil residue on the rubber tube, especially when driving around town. On a trip to California at highway speeds I inspected it and it was dry, but around town I seem to be having residue buildup after wiping it dry.
I have tightened the clamps but don't know the specs. Maybe I have a small hole in it. The residue is all over the rubber. Any ideas before I take my Excursion in again?

The rubber piece is up top near the oil and fuel filters. The filters and housings are not leaking, they are definitely dry. The tube itself has a light coat of oil all over it. Anyone else see this on theirs, is this normal, or do I have a junk tube?
Thanks for any and all replies.

It is normal on mine.

I tightened all of mine with the "yep, that feels about right" torque method.

You have to half close one eye (which ever one you prefer) and hold your mouth just right to get it perxactly to the correct spec.

I brought this issue up to my dealer last time I was in for warranty work and they claim it's a "normal" characteristic for the 6.0's.
