I have a 97 psd with 225,000 miles, it has a 4" exhaust and the napa 6637 airfilter. I have a edge evoulution programmer that was nice for a while but I am tired of not having it in the extreme program when someone deserves a cloud of smoke behind me. I dont like running the high hp setting all the time because this engine needs to last me a while. I have been looking into bully dogs 4 bank chip and the diablo flip chip. I know there are many other good flip chips out there I just want some input on what my best option would be.

i run a ts 4 position chip and it works great. i also bought one for my dad. couldn't be happier. the custon tuning guys are greatt from what i hear but my wife wasn't letting me throw down that kinda cash. so i believe i got the next best thing. maybe after i get my stage 1's i will have mine reburnt.

i dont want to say a price for sure but when i checked i believe they were all over $500. the biggest difference between a chip like mine and a custom one is he sets it up to your specific truck, needs, mods and driving style to get you maximum benefit. if you have a severly modded truck i would get one or if you plan too. but if not you may wanna save your money and buy something cheaper.
and with a pretty much stock truck you will not see to big of a hp increase. like my chip has the following modes on it 50hp,75hp,100hp, and fuel7.
there is no way my truck is making anywhere close to 100hp more. you need bigger injectors for that. good day mate!!!!!

I dont know if I should go with bully dog (~$370) or dp tuning (~385). Very simular prices, but I have no experience with either company. Should I go with the popular Bully dog or get the more custom dp tuning chip?

Thank you guys for the input and pointing me in the right direction. I will give dp tuning a call and see what they can do for me. Also where can i find some information on Tony Wildman.
