Heater Intake Elbow

I need suggestions on how to remove a heater intake elbow from an intake manifold from a 302. I'm rebuilding the motor stock, but I need to replace the elbow. I can't seem to get it out. Any suggestions on how to get that out of there

Heater Intake Elbow

I'm assuming it's a steel manifold. If so, use a torch on it. Heat the fitting red hot and try and break it loose then.
