If it only makes the noise with the clutch in, and only in 1st, that is truly strange! Because with the clutch in (pushed in to the floor) in any gear, nothing is spinning except the release bearing, which is almost certainly the problem. It should be the same in all gears. If your front trans bearing is sloppy, having it in 2nd or 3rd might make a difference but it's hard to believe.
You did correctly understand what I was describing. While in FIRST GEAR only and the clutch PUT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR-it makes the noise
It goes away when I put it in Nuetral
or if I slow down while leaving it in second or third, pressing the clutch in while in these gears there is no noise
