Tuneup Questions?

I just recently bought a 1991 Ford F-250 2WD with 100k. It has the 351W. I had it checked out by a mechanic before I bought it and one of the things it needed a was a tuneup because it misses at idle. Now I am novice when it comes to car repair but I do know the basics. I want to replace what I can so I was wondering what are somethings to look at replacing for a tuneup. I have already bought a fuel filter and spark plugs which I will be installing shortly. What are some other things that would be worth replacing, ex. PCV valve, spark plug wires, air filter etc? Any common problems with this model? Thanks in advance.

everything you mentioned and also the distributor cap & rotor.

The $25 caps with brass contacts last longer than the cheapies available at Schmucks.

I would recommend at least an 8mm wire. For plugs, Champion make a plug they call the Truck Plug. I've had great success running these in many vehicles. I would not recommend Platinum Plugs. Also, check the codes (some parts stores will do for free). You might want to replace the O2 sensor while your at it.
