put the straight pipe on and that thing sounds pretty good...have a buddy that just spent alot of money on Magnaflow and personally I think mine sounds better now all I need is a big tip and should be good to go.

Right On! I know that my '01 sounded a lot cooler with the stock exhaust and the straight pipe. You should stand by the back while someone starts it. There's a couple second delay before you here the turbo wind up a little. Sounds cool as hell. If you plan on chipping it and other performance mods, get your gauges next. Then the prog/chip. Then get a new exhaust when the $$$ alows you to. I run the SCMT and when I went to the 4" from the stock, my egt's went down 200-300 degrees when pulling hard.
Meanwhile enjoy the new sound. I know I did even though the neighbors might have a different story.

p.s. get a polished stainless steel tip over chrome if you can... it gets hammered by debris back there.
