02 electrical question

2002 F250 PSD CC 4x4...
The last couple days the horn started coming on for no reason, then it stopped working entirely. Also my buttons for cruise dont work either. I cant find the owners manual I was going to start by checking fuses, but I cant find a list. I would rather not have to pull all of them can someone tell me which one it might be? All of my fuses are under dash not under hood as some I have seen.

I hope its something easy, my luck the darn airbag will blow up in my face.

First you need a test light, go through the fuses, if they are good I am thinking it is a possible clockspring, go to the base of the steering column, locate a connector with a thin solid blue wire (make sure you don't mess with the air bag connector, usually yellow) try grounding the wire and see if the horn blows, if it does it is likely the clockspring.
