fuse box
ok where in the world is the fuse box in a 95 ecnoline f250 van are 93 i think is in the side of the dash i could be wrong tho. i know the 95 isnt so. why i ask is cause my horn and radio stoped working the other day.

There are 2 fuse boxes, one in the motorcompartment near the battery the other one is on the firewall left off the brake.
The fuse for the horn is in the motorcompartment position R, 15 Amp.
The fuses for the radio are in the other fuse box, positions 8 and 11, both 15Amp.
If both horn and radio stopped working at the same time, i guess there is another problem, because these are two different circuits.

Then your clockspring is probably broken.
Depends on where it's broken but you can repare it.
