Hey all...
Found this forum the other day whilst troubleshooting the infamous P0401 problems with the F-150. Took the advice of a number of knowledgeable people here and changed the DPFE sensor. Did the trick!

Anyone know a good cure for noisy lifters in a 4.2? I'll browse through and see if I can find the answer in this HUGH site.
