speedometer light bulbs...changing

has anyone ever replaced the bulbs on a 94 xlt. can i get at them from behind or do i have to have at it from the front. gotta get at it one way or another

I just did mine on my 97 not long ago. It's really not hard at all. The important thing is to be patient and not force anything. you don't wanna brake clips and have things loose and rattling.

You need to pull the gauge cluster. If you do some searching under my screen name, you should find details for how to remove the cluster on a 94. I posted this some time ago, with fairly good detail.
