sunvisor problems, cant get it back on

sunvisor problems, cant get it back on
I took the driver side visor off to swap them around and hide the yellow stickers. Problem is, I cant get them back on! Is there a trick to it? I hate it because the truck is brand new (I have made on payment so far). I dont want to have to buy a new visor for $65 plus shipping to Alaska.

It slipped right off the "mounting bar" with little effort. Now it wont go back on. It feels like there is something in the way, but I cant see anything. There are some flat spots cut into the bar, but I cant find what they are for.
At this point I am pretty much resigned to ordering a new assembly and replacing the whole thing.

I have never taken a visor off the bar, On cars with a second visor under the main visor there is a piece of spring steel on one side of the hole, you have to start it kind of crooked to compress the spring, then it will go on. I don't know if this is case but it's worth a look.
