New on the block

Well I have always been a ford fan and had several ford cars but just recently got my first Ford Truck. It is a 1994 F-150 extended cab 4x4 off road package XLT. I have the 5.0 engine and an automatic transmission. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this year and spec before and if there was any advice I should hear? I also would appreciate anyone that would know where I could find a complete source to locate all the lubrication points on the Truck. That is about it. Thanks in advance for any information and hopefully I will be Truckin Ford-Ever!

welcome.

i suggest you go through old posts, you will learn a lot about f150's like yours.

get a shop manual ford, chilton or haynes, whatever you can afford.

I think youll have pretty good luck with your truck, the 302 is a solid engine, although I did have a friend with a 94 that went through a tranny or two.
