Gas Gauge

My gas gauge reads full at all times. It used to be intermitant, but now it stays on full all the time. What do I need to fix it?

Likely an open in the sender or sender circuit. High resistance, or an open, will cause the gauge to read full. Seeing the age of the vehicle, I'd suspect on top of the tank, where the wiring connects to the pump.
