Adding TSB to 2005 250

Has anyone added the TSB package to a truck that did not come from factory with one. I noticed on my 2005 there is a wiring harness in place behind dash for module.

Are you referring to the Tow Command braking controller? If that is what you are referring to, it now can be added, BY THE DEALER as a dealer installed option. It involves reconfiguring your truck's instrument panel and some changes to your truck's computer to let it know about the presence of the Tow Command unit.
