Finally got pics!
My $500 ford has made it to the internet... finally.
Check out my gallery and tell me what you think. At this point all I've really done is wash it. P.O. used to drive it to his job at a coal mine. IT WAS A MUD BALL!!!

Reminds me of my dad's old truck, which was a 77 F-150 Explorer.

Not a bad truck for $500, I'd say you found a good one there.

For $500, that looks like a good truck. Heck, you'd be stupid not to buy it.

He he yup! Exhaust was in horrible shape so I oredered some headers and broke out the sawzall! Hope they come in Fri or Sat. I'm LOUD right now.
Next project will be to re-gear the rear end. 2.75:1 is good for gas mileage but c'mon, it's a truck!

I have a trip to the junkyard planned for saturday. That's one of the things I'm after.
It has a number of "improvements" that I have to repair. I HATE finding vacuum hoses with bolts plugging them.
