i have a 1990 ford f250 4x4 351w,
found my c/c gutted, i was wondering since this was done would there be an effect on my eng performance. i understand that the emssions would fail, but i'm concerned that the exhuast would not get hot enough for my o2 sensor and make my engine run rich. any input? thanks craig
You can pass with a gutted cat, as far as performance it flows horribly through a gutted cat, you'd be a lot better off shoving a pipe in that thing. as for the o2 sensor, i dont know, i'll leave that to someone who does.
