93 150 is 37 3/8" outside to outside directly above upper shock mount.
It is the only place I could get a tape through without climbing underneath.
It looks consistent with that measurement all the way to the spring hangers except directly above the rear axle. It dips in about 3/8" each side for apprx 6-8" in length.
