Xcase Swap?
My BW 1345 case has offically taken a dump! It only works in 4L so I figure its time to replace. Anyhow, I have 2, NP 208 F transfer cases just laying around and I was wondering if any of them would bolt up to my 5.0L/5 speed manual combonation? I also have an 89 bronco that im using for parts with a bad 5.7/Auto tranny. It has the BW1345 case but it is mated to an auto tranny. Does that matter? Would the spline counts be the same? Would the mounts be the same?

All 3 of your transfer cases will bolt the the transmission. If I remember correctly, the only difference is the NP208 is a slip yolk for the rear driveshaft and the 1356 is a flange. Spline counts are the same for the transfer case input, 28 splines.
