I had a friend ask me what the "towing package" got me on the truck from the factory. I said I believe it got me better suspension, a bigger alternator, an external automatic transmission cooler (such as it is) and the 7 pin trailer connector at the rear. To tell you the truth it's been so long since I bought it new, I can't remember. No age jokes please. Can anybody tell me what exactly that option got you or direct me to a web site that I could find out?
If I could get my signature to work (show up) you'd know it is a 97 F250, ext cab, auto, 4.10 diff. Thanks in advance.
it has changed over time, i know on my '95 bronco it was an outboard tranny cooler, rear anti sway bar and a 7 pin trailer conector. i would geuss it is something simular to that on your truck
ps. you sig will only show if you become a supporter, however everyone can red you sig now buy putting the mouse pointer on the word "signature" in the upper right hand corner of the post
