Door Data Tag

A number of years ago I goofed, big time and when replacing a damaged drivers side door with a new one I forgot to take the data tag off the old door. Any ideas on how I can go about getting a replacement?:-X11

Door Data Tag

I'd start by writing down the stamped VIN # off the upper frame rail on the passenger side between the rad and the firewall.

Then I would check the rearend buck tag and write those numbers down.
to be sure
Write the colour as close as possible (if you see an identical coloured truck ,ask the owner for the code).
Write down upolstery colour and seat makeup (vinyl, cloth,or both)

Once you get all the info you can> Contact FORD via e-mail or phone and ask for a duplicate stamping.

You might also look under the seat for the BUILD SHEET stuffed up in the springs.
