Supercharger vs Stroker

2004 Ranger 4.0 V6 Manual. Supercharger or stroker kit? I have heard things for both sides, but I dont see a popular leaning towards either, so what do you guys think?

A blower will run about 4k for 75-100 hp, a stroker will be a lot more then 4k and by itself will not give you that much power. It will also depend on the use for the truck, budget and what you want for the end result.
