Billet Grill

Help !! I installed a billet grill in my 05 F150 supercrew, it looks great but...Between 40 and 45 mph it whines really loud !! Has anyone experienced this ?? If so how did you fix it ??

is this a bolt on grille or an actual replacement for the stock grill? If it's a bolt-on, it may be bad wind patterns through the billet and then over the honeycomb grille behind it. Not much to do but remove the billet if it annoys you. (i'm assuming this is an XLT or Lariat with the honeycomb factory grille).

It is an actual replacement for the stock grill. The honeycomb grill has been removed. Yep...I might have to remove it. Thanks for the reply !
