piaa vs silverstar?

looking to upgrade my headlights i was wondering if anyone knows if the stock harness can handle the piaa lights or is the silverstars the best i can go withut upgrading the harness? where can i get an upgraded harness? im asking this case i put the piaas n my 03 grand cherokee and blew the harness in 100 miles so if anyone knows let me know thanks

its an 02 superduty f-350

I've been running PIAAs since day 1. Picked the truck up brand new, went past the autoparts supplier, and installed that afternoon. October 31, 2003.

Been running Silverstars for almost a year now. Love 'em!! When I get my next truck, I'll be pulling them out of this vehicle and putting them in that one.

I have both of them. Had the Silverstars, then got the PIAA's. The Silvarstar's are in the glove box right now. Honestly I can tell no difference between the two at all.
