Whether it's a 3/4 or 1/2 ton, for 12 inches, you're looking at all custom stuff and some (read: a ton of) fabrication. No one makes a 12" 'kit' for these trucks.
i've got a 460/C6/NP205 for sale if you wanna put it in your F150. i truck that high is prolly gonna have 53's and you are gonna need some heavy duty shiat

"The wants of the many outweigh the needs of the few."
When people ask you questions about what you intend to do with your truck and you give smart arsed answers don't expect to get much help. 12" can be achieved with a simple call to National Spring if you have a 3/4 ton and all you want is a pavement pounder. Don't expect to wheel it though. Then there's all the other fun stuff like steering, driveshafts, brake lines, pinion angles, etc.
What's wrong with that Jeremy? This guy on ebay (4575751670) is running his Bronco with a 15" lift consisting of 8" suspension and 7" bodylift. What's wrong with 6 and 6?

Nothing wrong with that guy's lift.....as long as he doesnt come down south. That sort of thing is fine for up in NY.
Even jeep folks stay away from anything over a 2" BL...
All of this is going to change while you're changing height. Your driveshaft a little too short while you're going from 8" of lift to 15" of lift on the fly....oops.
Also while you're going upward or downward your steering wheel is going to do some funny things....like TURN while you're driving. That's weird.
Oh, and how come at 8" I have no bumpsteer and at 15" I can't even keep it on the road.
I'm not bashing your post or idea, but there are TONS of things to consider when you go to either a giant lift or a lift that is friggin' variable.
