Dana 44 strait axle conversion

does anyone have any info on how to do a strait axle conversion in a 1980 Ford Custom 150. the strait that everyone say will work is the Dana 44 out of a 1978-79 Bronco, or a 1976-1979 Ford f-100. any info or pictures post them in the form.
