Flickering battery light/engine stalls

Flickering battery light/engine stalls
I have 96 PSD and the battery light on the dash flickers at RPMS below 1200, and the Volts gauge noticealby flickers between the R and the M on the gauge. Consequently when Im sitting at a Red light or starting from stop the engine stalls, (Shuts off then starts again very quick). I have just recently replaced both batteries, Starter and Alternator. I have no clue where to look next. Any help would be great. Thanks

Check thes connections for corrosion, loose or bent pins, or loose eyelets:
-three pin voltage regulator connector
-one pin S connector
-B+ cable eyelet
-power distribution box eyelets
-battery cables
-three pin voltage regulator connector
-one pin S connector
-B+ cable eyelet
-power distribution box eyelets
-battery cables

I went ahead and checked all the cables and they seemed to be in proper working condition so I took it out for a drive to see if it made any difference. This time when I went out, 5 min into the drive the Check Engine Light comes on and I lose all power. I pulled over turned the truck off and then started it again. I got another 5 minutes and the Volt Gauge starts waving again and it stalls but doesnt shut off. Could this be an injector malfunctioning or a fuel pump? I hooked it up to a reader and got no codes.
