speedometer gear
i think i have the wrong speedo gear in my truck, my speedo is 5 mph too fast so if it says 45 mph im actually going 40 mph. how can i fix this? i have a white, or off white gear.

Go to broncograveyard . com and look for a speedo in the 73-79 truck section, they have a little calculation that should be able to tell you which one you need to put in to fix it.
I don't remember, but I think they have 15-19 teeth and you can get a 17 to fix that problem if yours was a 16 or somthing like that.
