I have a 2002 ext. cab F250 V10, DR 6inch all spring lift with 37 in Toyo All Terrain tires. Still have stock 3.73 gears with auto trans. Wheels have been balanced recently. 47,000 miles
Recently within I have developed a vibration while driving down the road. It happens at the same speeds and it is very apparent when i let off the gas at around 60 mph and coast to 50mph. It then reappears around 40-30 mph. Kinda like its related to engine rpm. I can feel the vibration in the floorboard and a little in the steering wheel. It feels like its coming from the front of the truck maybe transmission forward.
It doesn't appear to be tire or brake related. I was thinking about getting the trans flushed, This has not been done yet. Looking to see if this has happend to anyone else. I did some searches with no luck.
Put the truck on jack stands or lift
grab the drive shaft at the u-joint crosses and try and turn in oposite direction.
any slight movement is bad.
chk your center carrier bearing also,if this is a 2 piece shaft
