Anybody read . . .

this article on CNN today? Kind of strange.

http://edition.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/europe/09/14/germany.catfuel.reut/index.html

So I looked up the technology and found this:

http://www.globalfinest.com/tech/

Then I emailed them and got some more information. Piqued my interest.

Very interesting. This would definatly cut down on the landfill problems.
I hope the inventor doesn't get dollar signs in his eyes and ask for exorbitant license fees.

Dang, do they think this guy is KILLING cats to make fuel, or is he using cats that are already dead? If they are already dead, why the uproar?? I think we need thinking outside of "the box" like this to help reduce the stranglehold the oil companies have on us. Maybe Exxon needs to get into the business of highway animal carcass control. I know I'd trade 20 deceased felines ANY day for 50 liters of $0.30/liter fuel. Of course with taxes, that might wind up to be a little higher.........

I kinda like the dead cats aspect of it. Maybe I can get a head start on that on the way home for someone around here.
