Question On Balancing Wheels

Hey guys,
Finally got my wheels (they are sweet). Will post pics once they are on, hopefully tomarrow. I had them mounted and balance where i ordered them. They used the little square weights attatched with what looks like double sided tape. These are my first set of aftermarket wheels and just making sure this is cool. I know they wouldn't used the typical weights that attatch to the front lip, that would be ugly, just wanna make sure they cant fly off. Also on one sopt they have a few weights stuck right on top of a few others with the same tape. Just looking for some confidence on this.

Thanks in advance!!!

These are the stick on weights and the only solution besides clip-ons. The reason some are stacked is because of the amount needed in that spot. Unlike clip-on that come in a wide variety of sized stick-ons are usually in 1/4 ounce sections that you can break off.

Sometimes if alot of weight is needed you have to stack them because if you ran them in a single line the weight would be distributed to much for it to be effective.

Usually you don't have a problem with them coming off because the centrifical force kinda keeps them there. The adhesive is pretty aggressive so as long as the wheels are clean when the weights are applied they usually stay on. Keep that in mind If you rebalance or change tires. The shop changing them probably won't clean them as well as you would.
