New SVT
Has anybody checked out the new SVT with 512hp an 640 ft.-lbs of toruqe

The will not be any tsunami truck. First look at the date which the article was published and second Ford would not name a truck after a natural disaster responsible for the deaths of thousands of people. They might as well name the truck the Ford disaster.

I belive that truck was axed along with the bigger V8 they were developing. Shortly there-after, the Lightning was put in hold for a few years at least. All that happened around the same time Mr. Ford announced the first re-structuring plan a couple of years ago.
But that is one sweet looking truck still.

You do know that the pic shown is a photoshop?
Ford never actually built that truck. I have had that image saved for years now. Simple way to tell its a fake is someone was dumb enough to photoshop a 6 lug wheel on a 8 lug truck.
Now the motor, they did build some of those, but like the CAMMER 5.0 motor, it got put in the warehouse because who can afford 2mpg?
