i had a tranny overhaul done on my 86 bronco v6 3 speed with overdrive ,fuel injection. the engine ran great before overhaul but now it runs lousy it misses, acts like it loads up and dies when comes to a stop unless rpms are kept high. my question is - what would the connection be if any, between the overhaul and engine running badly? are there any sensors that need to be changed or replaced or vacumn lines that should be checked

Check the vacumn line from the left side of the uppr intake that runs to the top of the tranny.its matel and has rubber ends.I would check All vacumn lines then if thats not your problem'pull the codes.{check tech thread at top of B2 page on how to do this}
