Neutral Safety Switch
Where is the Neutral Safety Switch located on the 78-79's? My '77 has it located on the steering column but I have aquired a '78 tilt steering column and it doesn't have the same provisions for mounting the switch.

Gary, It is located on the side of the transmission, where the linkage goes into the tranny(driver's side). The Ford service manual for '78 still shows the column mounted neutral safety switch, but it's not there.
