If the compressor cycles on and off, that sounds like your low on freon. Mine did the same thing. I recharged it and the problem went away for about two weeks. I heard a hissing sound one day with a smell. Come to find out one of the hoses that is in the back panel was loose at a connection. The o-ring held for awhile then gave out. Fixed the problem, recharged the system again, never had a problem since.
what is your high side reading when it blows hot. if it reads too high try sparying water on the condensers. see if the high side gose down then. if it dose try to clean the fins out good. that might help. gl.

I'll give it a try and I'd like to inform you that I changed the compressor, tank and something they call it (the valve) as I remember it is a rectangle shape with 2 holes.
So what I have to do now if I want a cold air : start the engine, start the A/C (front) for a few minutes then the rear one
When you changed the compressor and other components, did you pull a vaccum on the system and allow it to sit idle for at least an hour? You may have air in your system either from the system leaking or you not pulling a proper vaccum. Your pressure in your system will read normal or a little higher than normal if there is air in your system.
What is your ambient temp and your high side and low side readings? Also how much oil and refridgerant did you add after you pulled a vacuum? Also is your fan clutch working?
