I agree with F250Wheels. If you are getting that kind of mileage with one of these 6.0's, I would not touch it! I would kill for that kind of mileage with my 6.0.
I could get 28 mpg if I drove 55 but that is unrealistic and at 75mph mine gets 16. The best thing you could do for mileage is to lighten up the truck and put small dinky donut tires on it. I don't think you will see much of an increase with an exhaust system on a 7000 lb truck. JMO
If you get a system like our MBRP and keep the cat in place she'll like it when you wail on it and when you're cruising. Hammered down it sounds great, cruising it's alomst stock! Pull the cat you'll get a 20% increase on a 2003, 10% on a 2004/05.

I am thinking of upgrading my exhaust on my F350 6.0 Dually. I am unsure of what size and brand system to get. 4" or 5" from the muffler back? MBRP system? whatever that is, or aluminized or Stainless steel>
What does most people with 6.0 Ford Diesels recommend?
