Explorer interior computer swap?
I have a 96 XLT with just the cubby holes under the radio in the console. Iwould like to swap out the factory computer setup that goes there that has fuel mileage adn whatnot..
does anyone know if this is a plug and play swap as in the wiring harness is already under the console?

The wiring harness is not in the vehicle if it did not come with it.
The install is not that easy. I know someone that just did it. He actually bought a Merc Mountaineer and used it as a donor for a V8 swap into his Sport. He also did the message center into his Sport along with the electronic climate controls. He had to pull his dash and put in the wiring harness from the donor.
