help, not engine related!!

this is computer related but it wouldnt let me post anywhere else. when I try to open some forum it pops up a message saying
Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

I have never had this problem before. It just started. Even when i log- in it will say thank you for logging in then that message will pop up. What to do???

I reckon it was a server issue...happened to me as well. You just have to wait it out when it happens.
