E350 fuel filter location?

Where is the fuel filter located in a E350 van? How hard is it to change and do you have to blead and re-fill?
Thanks

It's located on the inside of the van's frame rail underneath the driver's area. The key to changing it is using a fuel line disconnect tool that is one size larger then the fuel line itself. There is no bleeding as such other than disconnecting the electrical cutoff for the fuel pump which is located inside the passenger side kick panel then run the engine to remove any fuel pressure. Once you start disconnecting the line, fuel will run all over the place. Then you'll swear that the lines won't disconnect, then you'll remember to use a one size bigger tool and it will come off pretty easy then.
