bendix conrol arm and power sterring question
I have an ongoing problem finding info on hoses for a 77/2 f250 4WD. The problem i have centers around the original bendix control/power steering system.
I had the control arm rebuilt so i have to stick with the bendix system now. I also want to try to make the powersteering hose configuration as original as possable.
First of all i had a hard tiem finding the right hoses due to the crazy swaping of hose configuation during the year
but i did manage to find all but the right pressure hose
I did find a pressure hose by a few manufactors BUT and a stress BUT the hoses look like they are made backwards from what fits and what is in fords original shop manual
can anyone help me out or give me advice??

Rusty,
As long as you have the original hose, your good to go.
Take the original hose to a machine shop and ask them to fabricate a new one. Most of the time you can get out for less than $20 US. You know exactly what your getting and you get exactly what you need. I've been dealing with this for years and its the only sure fire way to deal with it!
