I just installed a pillar mount set of gauges.
I have an '05 F350 CC., LB., 4x4, PSD. I will be towing about a 14.000lb 5th wheel. What are the normal Trans, EGT, Water temps and what should they be towing up a hill. What limit am I looking for?
I need to find out if the egt probe was placed pre or not.
I got a water temp because the factory one does move from normal range to right to right next to the red mark.
Ford replaced my head gasket about 3 months ago. So far so good. Want to keep a good eye on it when I go to tow the 5th wheel.
I'm surprised yours doesn't move at all. Have you towed anything of size up a hill?
What should be the egt temp if after the turbo?
