a drysuit is just a thin waterproof envelope with the thermal protection worn underneath.
the Wet Okole (Okole is Hawaiian for ***) is a thin layered closed cell neoprene. the heat x-fer loss from a heated seat should be minimal.
We have fabric covers made by covercraft in both our excursion & f-350, they seem to be working out real well. The fit is perfect & they come in different colors plus there about 100$ per row. With 3 kids, a dog & lots of off roading they are getting a pretty good test, & so far so good.
