I've seen something called a Torsion Bar lift. I'm not entirely sure what it entails but if you poke around with the search function you mind find something. Good luck.
If your truck has torsion bars instead of coil springs then you can usually adjust it. By turning the adjuster bolts you can raise or lower the vehicle's height, but keep in mind this throws off your camber (and in turn) toe adjustment which will wear your tires quickly.
I don't recommend adjustment as it will increase ride harshness, and you'll only get maybe an inch or two increase. It also puts more pressure on the torsion bars, which makes them more likely to break.
If you must adjust it, definately get an alignment afterwards, however keep in mind it may not be possible to get your caber back into spec.
