too many weights?
just put on a set of 315/75/16 cooper discoverer tires on my ride. the right rear has 6.5 oz of wheel weights on it. the other three have between 3 an 4.5 oz. is this ok? what is the max amount of weight you can add to a wheel?

I wouldn't worry too much about 6.5 ounces as long as the wheel itself isn't bent and it doesn't vibrate. Since it is a large heavy truck tire, they are going to throw more weight than a car tire. If it was closer to 10 oz total I would then be weary. btw I work as a technician at sears so I balance tires for a livin'.
