81 Ford Bronco
OK, here it goes. I just recently replaced the clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing on my Bronco. After doing this I started driving and the transmission was making a clunking sound and the clutch wouldn't come off of the floor, maybe a couple of inches or so. I pulled back into the driveway and there was oil leaking out of the access cover on the transmission. What could the problem be? I know I put everything back together right and I added fluids as necessary. Just thought I would get some suggestions before I crawl back under it again. And also, does anyone have any suggestions on handling the transmission. The thing sure is a pain to get lined back up.
