4/3 circuit fault e40d (code 62)

Is this a serious problem. I thought I found a listing here once that said it wasnt but cant find it again. Ive gotton it twice in the past 3 months since my transmission rebuild 3 months ago. Seems to happen when i press the pedal down hard testing acceleartion. Engine just seems to be revving too much at lower speeds without moving much.
I read somewhere on E40D's the code's caused by convertor clutch slippage.
